Happy Trails

I thought I would take you on a little tour of our mobile cottage, now that I've been getting it ready to roll.

Welcome to our Fair Haven

Our small but cozy living area
I plan to store my quilting supplies in the pull out drawer under the sofa.

Above the sofa is our library and media center.  I've already stocked the cabinets with an assortment of books, CD's and DVD's.

The kitchen area stands at the ready.

Our dining area right across from the kitchen.

I plan to use this little basket for fruit or veggies that we might need during a trip.

I couldn't find a red tea kettle, so I had to settle for this pretty blue one :-)

Taking a look down the hall.

Bathroom with a walk in shower on the right.

A large closet on the left.  I found this mesh basket unit at Marshall's.  It will be great to store things so they won't be tumbling around while we travel.

Bedroom with overhead storage

There is also storage under the bed.

A peek out the bedroom window at our backyard.

and then a look back towards the front of the trailer.

We hope to get this little miss ready for some light travel soon.
It will certainly be a new adventure for us.

It looks quite nice and comfortable too. A home away from home. I wish you great travels and lots of adventures in your future. How fun to be able to decorate; and make it fit your style. To me....so much better than a hotel room. ;0)

Thank you for the note to come and see your interior. "Fair Haven" is fair indeed! You'll love all the time you spend together there, whether on the road or simply parked in your yard.

Welcome to Airstreaming, my friend!

Hubby's Aunt and Uncle decided to become full time RV'ers a few years ago. I could never downsize that much, but, I'd love to try to travel in a trailer or RV.

I love this motor home my friend! How fun it must be. Hubby always used to dream of one, maybe he still would love to. I will show him yours and it's awesome.
Have a great weekend.
