Cutting and Sewing

When you enter a quilt shop that has so many beautiful fabrics, it is pretty near impossible to leave without bringing something home with you.

My BFF was able to cut out Just Can't Cut It and sew, sew, sew............

And I was able to finish a Baby quilt that was destined to be a gift this week.

My BFF has returned to the cold north, but we so enjoyed our few days of girlfriend time.

Let's keep cutting and sewing :-)

    I Love the quilts and they are so quick and easy to make; hardly can wait to start sewing...
    I think I'll pull out my sewing-machine soon :>)
    But first I have to try if my hand can handle scissors or a rotary cutter again :>(
    Beware of the curved basting pins!

    Love the baby quilt how nice and easy......and how fun it is to have your friend over for a few days.

    We just moved 2 hours away and I really appreciate when our friends come and visit...

    I'm so happy and almost feeling the fun you had...

    I really need to learn how to quilt, going through your post I'm already imagining the things - lovely things - I could do.

    We aren't big in wuilt tradition in my country but I really want to learn.
