Thoroughly Modern

Earlier this year I fell in love with this pattern.

It is so different then anything I've ever made before.

Sooooo here it is!

Although I loved the pinks, I had a fat quarter bundle of Bespoken by Pat Bravo. I think it made up very nicely :-)

Happy Quilting!

  1. The first thing that pops into my head is my grandson's new favorite phrase, "that's cool!" I love the colors and remember when our daughter was diagnosed with breast cancer she said to me, "Mom, I wish everyone would stop giving me pink things!" She much preferred orange--I would have gone with the blues and browns too.
    Beautiful quilt! XOXO

  10. It came out so lovely!! I have to ask, was the inspirational quilt at Rainbow's End? I love that place. I have to limit my visits, because I once spent the majority of a week's pay in there!
