January - it's a giveaway!

I've been pondering what to write on a quilting blog when I am not able to quilt?  I love keeping up with all of you, from your comments and visiting your blogs.

SO!!!!  I've put my thinking cap on, and decided that for the next several months I will have a monthly giveaway of some fabulous new quilting books!  How does that sound?

The first quilt book I'm giving away is Cute as a Button Quilts.

12 quilting projects (hey you could do one a month) using buttons for embellishments.

There are some very cute pillows.....



Both of these patterns also make cute quilts ......

and a couple of tote bag patterns........


All make for some very fun quilting projects.

    Such great quilts and projects for the grands. I've resolved to do more quilting this year and this would definitely have some projects to do. We will have a new granddaughter in about 8 weeks, XOXO

    This looks like a great book with adorable projects in it. I have lots of buttons from my grandmother and mother I hate to just give away and I could use them to make gifts for my kids and 20 grandchildren.

    LOOKS LIKE A lot of fun projects> please add my name in the hat> I have been using my buttons lately on the tea wallets I've been making. years ago, my sister and I bought bags of buttons at Walmart. They are filled with odds and ends, lots of fancy singles. perfect for crafting.
