ReplyDeleteI live in a small town but they have a huge 4th of July parade, rodeo and they cap off the evening with an hour long fireworks display. The best thing about it is that I can watch the fireworks from my back deck.

ReplyDeleteWe can see the fireworks from our front porch, so my girlfriend will bring her family, after they leave we go across the street, to the riverfront neighbors who are having huge partys' and say Hi, to the people we know.

We're going to celebrate the 4th by having our children and grandchildren over and having an Ice Cream Sundae Bar with homemade ice cream and all the toppings. Then when it gets dark, we will set off fireworks.

ReplyDeleteTomorrow the 1st July we will celebrate Canada Day (aka DOminion Day). On 4th July I will be preparing for my youngest grandson Bowen and his parents to arrive the next day for a visit for a few days. Can't wait.
