Apple Pie Goodie

Apples. They are in abundance this time of year. But what do you do with all those apples?

A few years ago I found the yummiest recipe on Kim's blog.

    Looked so good and did check out.....tried to print out but no luck, guess it is either to big or something so guess will have to jot down when I can......thanks for info.
