Granny Love progress

Sometimes taking on a project with little pieces can be intimidating. This pattern called for cutting out hundreds of 2 1/2" squares. I opted to sew two strips together and cut them apart, alternating some of the fabrics as I went along.

Now to work on the borders.

  2. Whoop Whoop. Great job. That would be a great project for larger squares too.

  3. So sweet! This would make a great pattern for our ministry's baby quilts. And I just "happen" to have a bunch of leftover 4-patches.

  5. Very pretty!!! The fabrics look vintage (small prints, soft colors). It will be a soft cuddly quilt for sure.

  9. I like the look of it - to change up the postage stamp quilt with four patches.
