Sewing Machine Man

The Sewing Machine Man had a display at the Quilt show.

He takes old sewing machines and refurbishes them.

He had quite a nice collection of old sewing machines and toy sewing machines.

This one was my favorite.

More next time :-)

  8. I love your favorite one. It's from the 1800's I think. I had a kids sewing machine when I was about 7 but a friend broke it :0( Boy, was my mom angry!

  10. It's interesting to see how sewing machines have evolved through the years. I still have my mother's sewing machine that she used to sew our clothes when we were young. I haven't sewn on it in years, but when I did it still sewed great.

  13. I collect toy sewing machines. I have 3 now and the one you shared as your favorite is one I have tried and tried to win on eBay. No luck so far as they now go for top dollar. I am glad there are people like the sewing machine man who breathe new life into old machines. I dream one day of owning a featherweight. :-)
