I've seen the string quilts all done diagonally. So I thought I would just try blocks. Don't know where this is going, but I had to have a little fabric fix.And then back to the books.........

And what a GOOD fix it is! Fabric can cure all things and make you ready to handle a little bit of anything.
That pile of paper made me feel nauseous so goodness knows what it does to you! Glad you got time to sew :)
Please keep us posted on your "new" way of doing string blocks....will be curious as to the final look of it.

Hi, Too funny, I'm good at avoiding what needs to be done as well. I'm looking forward to see how your quilt turns out, now get back to the "Books"! I really enjoyed making these with the yellow and red rose, I also love the green and off white tin flower pots they are in.
