September sewing

September was National Sewing Month, and being so, I purposed to sew throughout the whole month.  I  missed a few days, but I was pleased to be able to make sewing one of my ongoing projects for the month.

Yesterday I determined that I would finish up the blocks for this Neighborhood Quilt.

I still have the to make the sashing and the borders, but I was happy to get each house completed by my own inposed deadline.

So these were the two quilts that made it through the month of September.

Did you reach any of your goals last month??

Love both neighborhood quilts... great colors in both, especially the red sashing and border with the neutral houses! Congrats on getting so much done in September!

I love your neighborhoods, Jocelyn! I didn't get to sew every day, or even every week - but at least I had a finish, lol.

Lovely houses! Both quilts are sweet. I really like how you framed the smaller one.
Got some sewing done here but no finishes...

Oh that is so great that you got two together. Goals? Sewing Goals? Not me....I just sew when I can and I'm always tickled to be sewing.

Smiles,
Kelly

Very cute houses. I just picked up a Schnibbles house pattern and need to pull it out to verify, but it may be the same design. I'm going to try to do it quickly with Fall fabrics.
