Traveling in style

Not much to report this week.  My daughter was packing for an international trip.  She needed to take her own linens and a pillow.  She found this little travel pillow at Target.

So Mama bear was given the assignment of making a little pillow case for the little pillow!

I thought it turned out really cute.

That little pillow was jammed into a suitcase, and headed to the airport.

Lots of teary good byes ........

Running for the tram........

A crazy wave.................

boarding the tram..........

and onto the the Big Apple!

I have to have a travel pillow, especially on a plane. I love the pretty little case you made for the pillow. Your daughter will think of you each time she looks at it!
Enjoy your weekend.

What a cute little pillow! It's always hard putting your loved one on a plane and having to say good bye. A little piece of Mom is going with yours!

Cute pillow! Goodbyes are never easy, are they? My daughter jumped the pond and is 1/2 way through her 2 years abroad. It was really hard to say goodbye but thankfully I was able to make a trip to see her. Thank goodness for the internet!
