I LOVE the fabrics, and having them somewhat pre-cut may be good motivation for me.And tonight my quilting buddies and I visited a guild and heard Sue Nickels give a little presentation.
She is an amazing machine quilter. And yes her words of wisdom were practice, practice, practice :-)

Yep, I have trouble with following through on BOM's too. Love the fabric in this one. Isn't that the mantra for all quilting...practice practice practice LOL

I always promise myself that I will do one block a month, after all how hard can that be? That is why I am now working on a 2008 Block of the Month from Bunny Hill....Good luck to you- the colours are lovely, and I look forward to seeing your progress.
Great colors! I usually don't finish BOM's on time, the last couple months get away from me, but I do get 'em done. ;-)
Hmmm, whoever is speaking, or whichever book I read I can't seem to get away from the "practice, practice, practice" advice for FMQ. There must be another way, surely there's a pill I can take or something

I am curious about the Mystery quilt blocks....do you just find one to join, or do you have to be invited?

I always start out with good intentions on the BOM's too. I have yet to completely finish one! Bad me!!!
I have taken two classes form Sue of the years. She is one of my most favorite teachers and quilters! I know you enjoyed your time with her!
