Love the light roof. Fabulous houses however I'm sorry the third house had to be rebuilt. In light of that, I agree, the crew needs to take the week end off. ;-)
The houses are looking great. I think you might be second guessing yourself on the lighter roof because of the contrast to the 2 darker roofs. Once you have a variety of light & dark roofs you will likely be very pleased. I think it looks fine. After a few days and time to recover from the tearing out and reconstructing you will probably wonder why you even gave it a thought.
I used to not like houses, but lately I've been thinking I do and that I might try them and now I've seen yours and they might just push me over the edge. Pretty!
