February Giveaway

Remember last month I said until I can start quilting, I will have a giveaway every month for a new Quilting book.

This month the giveaway is a book that touches all of us fabricaholics.  You know that beautiful piece of fabric you just can't cut into.  Maverick Quilts gives you lots of options to cut the fabric .....

.... and make the most of showcasing those lovely designs.

Here are a few examples

So here are the giveaway rules.  There aren't any.  Just leave a comment on this post (with a way for me to contact you either in your profile or email) and I will pick a winner at the beginning of next month,

And January's winner is -

Regan
Regan blogs  over at Floating on a Quilted Cloud
Stop in and tell her congrats and HI!

I want to thank each one of you that visited and signed up for the giveaway.   I also want to welcome my new followers.  I usually reply to comments left on my blog, but since my wrist surgery, I have not been using the computer as much as before I broke my wrist.  As I recover I will be happy to respond, so please keep leaving comments.  I love hearing from you.

Keep that needle going up and down and Happy Quilting !

Oh how I need this book, I have 2 boxes of yardage that i look at, stroke and put back. It is so pretty it scares me. I also hope that your wrist is healing, I had a bad break in my right wrist in June and I have just started sewing properly again, at one point I thought my sewing days were over I could not even thread my machine. I persevered with physiotherapy exercises and am nearly back to "normal".

Wow what a great book. Thank you fo rthe chance to enter the giveaway. I have great need of this book. Seriously don't we all...I recently bought my very first quilting book as I am a newbie to quilting but not to sewing and embroidery and such...So I do have some stash I just can't bring myself to touch besides to look at and dream and drool. I am thinking I have got to start reading more quilt books to figure all of this quilting stuff out. conn_and_vans_mom(at)yahoo(dot)com

I have a few of those fabrics, just the other day rediscovered one that has been in the stash at least 10 years .. unused, only petted once every year or two when I reorganize everything. It really does need to come out and be loved every day! Thanks, and I hope you're getting better every day!

I hope this finds you feeling better. I've had wrist and hand surgery in the past, and can relate to how it curtails your activities. I'm getting over a broken foot and ankle right now, and can vouch for the fact that it does get better but it always takes longer than you want.

Thanks for the generous giveaway. I could surely put this book to good use!
