I love your Goodnight Irene quilt. It's gorgeous and your fabric choices were wonderful... really makes it "pop." I'm surprised that so many are finishing up so quickly!! Are you going to start something new now?
You are amazing! These are beautiful. And just wanted to let you know that I am back blogging. Still facebooking too but miss my blogging buddies. Looking forward to catching up with you.
Love the bright scrappy on the Goodnight Irene and the table topper is perfect! Just loading quilt #19 for the month, I'm thinking I might use Friday as a sew day for ME!!!
Lover the happy colors of 'Good Night Irene' ... you're fast ... I started an 'Irish Chain' variation and have been using strips to make the nine path segments ... fast going, but my eyes tire easily these days so my goal is to make two to four block a day. Maybe by the end of the February I'll have the quilt face done! Slow and steady ...
your projects are wonderful. Well I am not working on any WIP. At least I don't think I will be this year. My son is getting married end of May 2015. They are both civil war re-enactors so their wedding will be civil war themed. I am making them a queen sized civil war quilt. Plus making myself a three tierd dress using a civil war pattern style. My daughter is one of the brides maides and she is in CA so I will be sewing her dress also. And at this point I don't know what else for the wedding I will be sewing. LOL should be a fun year.
I love the bright happy look of your quilt. Thanks for sharing. It's been a long year but my UFO's are done! My WIP's are not. I divided both groups by years. Five or more years old is a UFO and four or less years is a WIP. My focus was on the older projects. Today I finished my last binding. I worked on my new projects in between the UFO's. I feel like a free quilter at last.
I love your bright and cheery colors. Mine is almost done. S trying to decide on how to quilt it because I can't have UFOs hanging around. They get most😒
