On the wall

Here it is........... this is what I've been working on.

I love this Island Batik fabric.  The browns and greens look like trees, and I felt this would be such a great Spring Wall hanging to hang on my staircase.  Still have the quilting to do, but these fabrics are so refreshing.

I've got my next bundle ready for another go around.

These fabrics are just so rich.  My little point and shoot camera does not do it justice but I wish you could see the depth of color.

Enjoy your weekend!

Happy Quilting!

I love those new colors ... what are you going to do with them? I don't have any luck getting the colors of my fabric to photograph accurately. Frustrating.

I love how the greens and browns have come together ... as soon as I saw your picture, the first thing I thought was that it looked like trees! There's no green around here, so I'm loving the green in that quilt!

I recognized that pattern right away! Love the green and brown. I have my fabric picked for my bed quilt and that is the pattern I'm using!

I do adore working with batiks! Or at least purchasing and drooling over them. Haha!! :)
