A room with a view

I've been doing some rearranging in my sewing room.

Added a comfy chair to do hand stitching.

But mostly, I like this.

Since moving my machine over by the window, I'm enjoying the sunshine and the view.

Happy Quilting!

Sure you are enjoying the room and that view. I too like having my shade open. Makes it feel less closed in.

I miss the old home we lived in where I had my own little sewing room. I loved it because it had a window that I could look out while sewing. Your room looks wonderful..

I love the sewing machine in front of the window, too. It makes wonderful light during the day, not to mention the beauty we see. Go ahead, open the shade all the way and really enjoy the view!

Lovely!!! I love having a view. It's supposed to be very good for your eyes to look up at a distance every now and then, when doing close work....so you did the right thing, lol. I have a comfy chair for hand stitching too, but I hardly ever make it out of it.

Sunshine is magic... it boosts my creativity!! I know you are going to enjoy this arrangement. I could pile up in that comfy chair and knit while you sewed. haha! ;) blessings ~ tanna

Love you addition! I have a cozy chair in my sewing room too. My sewing table is by a window and I love looking out while I'm sewing.
I want to know what you're going to do with that star fabric!
