It is a rule for 2017! Although, I have been good (not good) and haven't purchased any. Oh wait! Buying online doesn't actually count as a purchase of fabrics...right?
you have the most wonderful quilt shops here they are few and far between, none that I can visit but we do have a couple of fabric shops that sell some quilting fabric
