My sweet son has been rooting around in the kitchen lately. And no I don't mean that he has been consuming everything in sight. He has been thinking up recipes for us to try, and I might add that he is going a terrific job at it too!
He came up with a chicken recipe that I thought I would share. (And I sure hope I can keep the ingredients straight, because I was taking pictures while he was preparing, but I think you will get the idea)
The cast of characters -
Washing and preparing the chicken -
giving the chicken a pounding -
next step -
mix together 2 cups sour cream, 1/4 cup lemon juice, 4 teas Worcestershire sauce, 2 teas celery salt, 1/2 teas pepper, 2 teas paprika, 1/2 teas garlic powder, 2 teas salt
add some broccoli -
a little bit of cheese -
Roll up chicken and secure with toothpicks -
dredge in sour cream mixture -
cover with bread crumbs -
place in baking dish (we did spray the dish with Pam) -
drizzle melted butter over chicken -
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes -
Wa-La -
Stuffed Baked Chicken Supreme!
Not bad for a kid, huh??
(p.s. this week I am linking up with amylouwho cook & tell. Enjoy!)

Congratulations -- There's a little something waiting for you (to give to Carlee) over at Just Another Hang Up. Thank you for entering my give-away give-away and for your lovely tribute about Carlee. I hope the bag gives her a little lift in the next few months! More important still -- we'll keep her in our prayers.
