Another work day

Well, I thought I would get some pictures as the carpet was being laid yesterday morning, but it was all done by the time I arrived.

Old carpet out, and new carpet in!

Master Bedroom

Office

Guest room

And I think a decision was finally made on paint color for the laundry room and master bath......... yay!!

The closets were also painted. This is what they looked like when we first viewed the house.

This is where I need to find some kind of closet organizers. Two in the Master bedroom and one in the guest room.

More to come!

Lookin' good :0) I had to laugh at the closet, you couldn't fit a 100th of what is in this huge closet into my tiny closets. Good thing we aren't fashion mavens LOL.

I just love the look of new carpet...makes me not want to walk on it, though! LOL!!! I can't wait to see how you decorate as you start to move in! I know it's a lot of work, but it is also so exciting!

XOXO,

Very nice, I like the neutral color palette. You can change the decor easily with neutral paint and carpet.

Busy busy busy - isn't it amazing how fast the carpet layers work. I love new carpet - and new paint - and closet organizers.

Ahhhh, all fresh and clean. I would love to move everything out of our house and start over. I don't really want to move, but I would love a CLEAN house.

That is one WONDERFUL house you got for yourself. It looks like each of the rooms you show is so light...and it almost looks like they all have doors that lead outside, too (or are they just ceiling to floor windows?) I can't wait for a photo tour once you are moved in. You should take photos of your present living room and then your new one....your present sewing room and then your new one, etc. Would be fun to see the comparison!!!
