Whewwww ............. what a day! Did you do it? Did you go out at 4:00 AM ???
If you did, you did not see me in the lines ;-) I was doing some zzzzzz's. At least until 7:00 when my sweet daughter tip toed into my room, fully dressed with keys in hand. I told her, WAIT, I can be ready in 15 minutes. So off we went, into the craziness of the day. Not with any grand plan, but just to enjoy the day together. Oh yes, we did find some Christmas presents, and a few fun things along the way as well. We actually came back home once, and unloaded the car (he, he), and headed in the other direction.
So now that all the Sales are behind us, it's time to decorate the house, get the Christmas music playing and let the holidays gear up into full swing!
29 days and counting.
Happy Quilting!

I didn't go shopping today either :)

I went to a JoAnns and a local quilt store ~10-noon. JoAnns had a line from the register back to the end of the store, near the cutting tables, and then wrapped around a few aisles. Needless to say, I walked out w/o buying anything. Did find a few things at my LQS. And came home to start decorating for Christmas too!
Enjoy the season!

After 25 years in retail, I stayed home and stitched.
Where has this year gone???? Once again, I am not ready for Christmas;-)

You don't need to post this one, as I have been reading your blog forever and was surprised I wasn't a follower. Does that mean I'm no longer a stalker;-)

Glad you had a fun day with your daughter.I didn't go out to shop but Martingale's sent me an email that everything on their website was 50% off today so I took advantage of that :-) scored some gifts and free shipping. Yippee!
I admire the bravery of those who went and braved Black Friday, but we stayed home and did a little bit of cyber shopping. Our only foray into shopping was at 7 pm to get hubby's gift. It was on gorgeous outdoor fire pit on sale. They even gave me the early morning price! LOL!
Merry Christmas to all!
Sounds like you had a grand time with your daughter...I can't think of a better way to spend the day.
What fun! I celebrated black Friday by staying in my pajamas! LOL! I'm glad you all enjoyed your day together. :)
Did you need to actually tell me the days? I can't be in denial now.
I did not go out and shop....no way....I don't need anything that bad to even consider going near a store.
Rick did go to Toys R Us this morning....all by himself....I guess I better ask what he got!
Smiles,

Jocelyn, You were a brave girl and I am glad you survived the day. Sarah was out at midnight last night.
There are no stores close by that I want to shop at. WM is it really for anything with Black Friday sales. I stayed home, did some window shopping online, watched it snow, drank chai, ate leftovers and sewed!
You are so brave - I stayed home in my jammies, lol! But I am going out tomorrow!
You are sooooooooooooo brave. I did do a little online shopping...no crowds...LOL!
I remember the crowds from when I lived in the USA - glad you found lots of bargains.
None of that silly 5am shopping for me!! I didn't even go in later LOL. It made me laugh that you had to come home to unload the car so you could head out in the other direction :0)

Wow...we have us a brave blogger to shop among the masses! Happy Holidays!!
Somebodies gotta do it. No shopping for me.
I just can't do it.....I love to visit friends and family on Thanksgiving and the weekend after wards.......just visiting eating and catching up.
Then when the calendar flips over to Dec. I gear up for Christmas......no Christmas music until Dec. for me.
Happy Sewing
I went shopping here in Canada not at 3AM but went at 10AM lots of sales. Managed to pick up a few gifts. My daughter and 3 friends drove to the USA for the weekend just to shop at 3AM and then off to a B@B for a scrap booking weekend. They had fun but then they are all young ;)
