Finally !!!!!

For several years now, I have heard about Hobby Lobby. I visited it once while on a trip to Chicago three years ago. I loved their selection of crafts, decor and fabrics. Sadly we do not have a Hobby Lobby in our area.

At least not until now!

Woo-Hoo.............. Welcome Hobby Lobby :-)

Of course we had to check it out. I knew we were in trouble when we walked in the door.

Fun chicy stuff...........
My daughter said she could hear me and my sister in love squealing all over the store.

Yes, serious trouble!

What can I say?

We'll be back HL ;-D

Good Morning Sweetie...
Nobody and I do mean NOBODY should be without a Hobby Lobby in their city. I could hear you clear out here in Phoenix. Yeah, did you hear me squealing as well? I found so many delightful items when my Sis was here last week. What a fun place to shop. Wait until you see the after Christmas sales. You think you had fun the first time. Oh boy. Love their sales. Can't beat them.

Hope you have a wonderful holiday sweetie. Can't wait to see what you make with the polka dot and floral. That is SO pretty.

Many hugs and much love, Sherry

Yes, you will go back again, and again, and again....!!! I LOVE Hobby Lobby and usually go once a week. They have really good prices on their fabrics and generally have a nice selection of prints. I have bought a lot of fabric there.

Enjoy!

XOXO,

Cyndi

Make sure you sign up to get their online coupons...they really come in handy!

Hobby Lobby is the greatest! I love it! I can remember when we had several fabric stores in our area. Now we only have Walmart and Hobby Lobby that carries fabric. Have a ball!! Oh yes there is a coupon every other week for 40% off of one regularly priced item. That really helps.

I'm scared to go to Hobby Lobby! My checkbook gets lighter and I have to replace my pen...no more ink!

Love'em

Sounds like too much fun! I could get lost for hours looking at all the fun stuff for inspiration. Like an early Christmas present!

I like Hobby Lobby but the closest one to me is at least an hour's drive! They always seem to have fabric at 30% off and their decorator fabrics are great, too!

Is it ok for me to be jealous, truly envious, just this one time?? I moved from TX to CA a little over a year ago. I have never known a life without a Hobby Lobby, until now! I did see on their website that they are building one in CA about 2 hours from me. I WILL be making a trip there once they are open. For now, enjoy Hobby Lobby for me, too!

I've heard good things about HobbyLobby, but we don't have any that I'm aware of in So. Cal. Glad to know you now have one in your area. Enjoy!

When I was into scrapbooking more the gals online were always talking about HL and being in WA or northern ID of course we did not have one available. Phooey. I have seen one in Spokane Valley when I was on the interstate traveling through and I can't WAIT to go there!!! FINALLY! Maybe while the kids are home for break and we have an excuse to go to the big city.

I don't know one lady who can resist a trip to Hobby Lobby. I LOVE going there but sometimes I have to wear blinders to get to the object I came to buy and get back out again LOL.

Wish we had a Hobby Lobby in our area, but sadly, we don't. Perhaps one will open up soon so I can see what everyone else is raving about. LOL

I enjoy Hobby Lobby - they're right across the street from IKEA. Only half an hour away, but I stay on that side of town all day, lol!!

I love hobby Lobby too, the first time I ever went to one was when my sister took me to Valdousa, Ga. We did not have one in Florida until last year, but it is 2 hours away . we need one in polk County! So glad there is one near you. Walmart took our fabrics out ,I love the quilt shops, but they are so expensive.

Hi Jocelyn...
You made me giggle when I read about your first "hobby lobby" experience.
Mine was the same way! I had never been in one before until they built one 5 minutes from my house!
I seriously could live there...I hang out there alot.
In fact at my house, we call it the Lobby of Hobby....lol
Congrats on your new one!...but ouch on your wallet:)
xx

We have a Hobby Lobby in the next big town. Far enough away that I don't live there, but close enough for a trip in to look around. It can be a dangerous place! I guess you already figured that out. =)
