New Construction

I have started on the Neighborhood houses.

This quilt is going to be an interesting challenge for me. It's always been hard for me to mix and match fabrics that are not from the same line. Guess I like things to be more matchy matchy ;-) However, I'm using Civil War prints that I've been saving for a fun project.

So put on your hard hat, I'll be making more of these houses throughout the month of September.

Happy Quilting!

I am so glad I am not alone in the match-matchy hangup. I am trying to get away from it. It's hard, isn't it?

Your house is darling!

I didn't know "Civil War" prints were available, but my husband would love a quilt made from them. I'm on the hunt! BTW, I love the colors of your homes under construction:-D
