Selvages

Several years ago I found this cool pattern using selvages in one of the quilting magazines. I delved into my fabric and some of the saved selvages, and made the bag.

Along the way, I have saved selvages whenever I cut into fabric. But after organizing my fabric stash, I've pretty much decided that I won't be making anything else with left over selvages.

So..... here's the thing. I have the large zippy bag stuffed with selvages.

I'd be glad to send them to anyone for the cost of postage.  Interested? Just leave a comment or shoot me an email. I'm sure someone can put them to good use.

Some friends made a great string quilt with selvedges. I can imagine several different things with them, but, I gave mine away to them, when they were making the quilts, and my stash is just starting to grow again. Love that purse!

I would be interested in your salvaged if they are still available.

I have a fun summer project I have in mind if you don't find anyone else to share them with. I haven't got any at all. Just starting my collection.

What a gorgeous bag! Hope your selvages find a good home, I'm to the point where I'm only going to save fat quarters, lol....
