I have been quilting for a long time. I sometimes struggle with my cutting ruler, especially if it is a long one. So I finally gave up and applied this.....
What a difference!!
No more slip sliding :-)

Thank you for sharing. I just had some struggles squaring up 10.5 blocks
ugh!!! One time I put one of my 6 pound handweights on top of the ruler. Not the greatest but helped.
I will try this
I am every so grateful when others share their genius finds
I used to use the little round vinyl "feet" on my rules but happily removed them when Invisi-Grip was recommended to me.
I also learned, from a tutorial (Jordan Fabrics, Grants Pass, Oregon),that a 5 pound hand weight (one end on the ruler, one end on the fabric), also keeps those extra-long rulers in their place.
Honestly, I never thought it worked but what does work for me is Handi Grip Strips and the spray Odif Grippy Non-Slip Coating. Both are wonderful in my book.
