Literally with only minutes to spare before we needed to leave the house, I machine stitched the binding down.
And it was done!
This was definitely too much of a time cruncher for me.
When you are using a pattern that you have used for years with NO problems, you just don't take into account the what ifs! And this time my what ifs turned into roadblocks.But I was so glad to get this table runner finished and into the hands of the recipient.

It turned out beautifully!!! I know what you mean about these nailbiter projects that you are finishing at the last minute. I have a feeling that's how my Easter sewing is going to be this year.
