As I have been going through and organizing some of my fabric stash, I've come across a couple of UFO's that I had forgotten about.
This cute little wall hanging is a Lori Smith pattern that my BFF and I bought when we visited the Chicago Quilt Festival 3 or 4 years ago. We bought fabric and started on the little project when we went back to her house. I finished the top but after arriving back in Florida, it was put away for another day.
I bought this tablerunner kit at the Amish Country Shop Hop in 2009. Again my BFF and I worked on these together. But for some reason mine did not come together, so I had to take the whole thing apart and redo it when I got back home.
These are two little quick projects that will be fun to complete.
And if my readers would like to meet a wonderfully talented and interesting blogger, I'd like to introduce you to Leslie at MarveLes Art Studios. Be sure to go back and read some of her earlier posts. She really is a beautiful quilter.
Have a Happy Quilting day!

Oooh, I just LOVE that table runner!
How lovely... both of them! And what a neat surprise for you.. forgotten treasures! Can't wait to see them finished up!
They are both nice and I love the table runner. At least the tops are done and the quilting should not take too long on either of them.
Both of your UFO's are darling. Don't you love it when you run across something you had forgotten about? I do too.
Ooh! It's fun to run into old friends in the unfinished cupboard...isn't it?
Really like the table runner. I love anything made by the Amish.
I LOVE that table runner!! I have lots of UFO's too.
I love baskets, and these are both great projects.
Both wonderful UFO's. Seems like we are all finding them in our sewing spaces!
Cute projects, it's fun to find those hidden treasures :0)
Crispy
how fun to find such great projects! have fun finishing!
Loved the shared photos of the pretties!
The completion of a UFO gives a nice feeling of accomplishment without too much more time to get them done. I find that most of my UFO's are seasonal projects that are set aside in order to move on to the next! Thanks for introducing another quilter friend, I'll go visit her right now. Happy quilting. :-D
Hi, what a wonderful blog you have here. I am now a follower and am posting your blog on my sidebar under the "Sewing/Quilting Blogs" section. Thanks for stopping by my blog yesterday and leaving your comment about the Bob Ross post. Take care and God bless!

Isn't it amazing how things get left behind and then one day you are looking and are amazed at what you find. Love your UFO's
A little off topic, but I enjoy your scripture verses. Thank you for sharing your faith.
awesome! This very thing happened to me too... I found blocks I got a quilt guild meeting back in 2007... I have posted some projects I have done with them this month...
think maybe i should go through my stash more often. :)
I like the colors in the runner. Might be nice at Christmas as well as everyday.
And, I am always finding half-finished projects everywhere! :-o Totally can relate!
Lovely UFOs Jocelyn. They show your wonderful eye for color, style and design. I do hope you can finish these this year as they are really going to be lovely when finished...and I'm looking forward to celebrating finishes with you!
