Can you believe it's October already? Where did the year go?? I know many of you have been so productive this past year. I can't say that I've gotten a lot accomplished this year, but it has been so enjoyable to read and see what everyone out there in blog land has been doing. There are so many talented, creative and giving people, who share their creativity with all of us. It absolutely amazes me whenever I open my google reader. I just wanted to say thank you to all of you, for sharing your time, your talent and your words of encouragement.So we welcome October as the weather starts to cool, the seasons start to change, and we are heading right smack dap into the holidays! Guess I better get busy :-) How about you??

We've just started our spring here in Australia so I'm looking at planting some vegies in large pots as it's just my hubby and me and that should yeild us enough for two.So not so much time sewing and a bit more time in the garden :) Barb.
Personally, I think someone's taken a month or so out of the year!
For me October means the end of the season at the cottage. We get the very cold weather, the winds, the rain and even sometimes snow! NOPE...not my favourite month to look forward to....oh wait it is our thanksgiving weekend too, so it is a good month after all!
Is it me, or are the days really speeding up?
Autumn is my favorite season... I wish it lasted longer. October also marks the "you better start planning for holiday presents" season too! *lol*
I can't believe it's October! I just hope winter goes as fast as the rest of the year has! And how cool that you posted that photo today...I was just at Mrs. Miller's yesterday! It was pouring down rain though so I like your picture better! :0)
I know, time just goes so quickly....and te air has that cripness in it now....I hate to be cold but I will say I do love the fall weather.
We had a very chilly October 1st day that was appropriate for changing of the seasons. While out and about for a bit yesterday I couldn't help but notice that Christmas is already taken center stage in most shops! Oh yes...where did the year go? You nailed it!
How about it! Where did the year goooo....and evEry year actually, I'm going to be ancient soon at this point!! Christmas is all over the place around here, so, the end is here too! I love fall! Lots of hugs, FABBY

I do NOT want it to be October - I want it to be July - forever, lol! It is freezing here today and I want my summer back....
