Another landscape

Remember when I made this landscape quilt?

When I made it, I was hoping to make a different wall hanging for each season.

As I was going through some fabric one day I came upon a piece of stormy weather fabric and one of a mountain scene. So I started playing with it, and this is where it is going.

It was so much fun, mostly because my children love to snowboard. And finding the snowboarder sealed the fate of this fabric. Maybe I can get it finished and hanging before they go snowboarding again ;-)

Great idea and great composition! I too want to make a seasonal hanging for each month. Right now, I'm doing the BIG holidays...I'll get to the mundane months sometime :)
