Day 23 - Writing Challenge

I like to think about the true meaning of Christmas. 
Not the tree, or the lights, or the presents. 
But what we truly are celebrating on December 25th.

"Though he was in the form of God, (Christ Jesus) did not count equality with God a thing to be grasped, but emptied himself, by taking the form of a servant, being born in the likeness of men,"
Philippians 2:6-7

Amen, I am so very thankful for my Lord and Savior. I am always reminded to take the higher road and to remember that whatever I do always effects those around me either directly of indirectly. Even though Christmas has passed, seeing this post brought joy to my morning.
