There were several comments on my last post about the charm pack yardage, so I thought I would go one more step and add the yardage guide for strips. I always find this information helpful when trying to decide how much fabric to purchase.
Width = Strips Per Yard -
1.5" = 23 strips
2" = 17 strips
2.5" = 13 strips
3" = 11 strips
3.5" = 10 strips
4" = 8 strips
4.5" = 7 strips
5" = 7 strips
5.5" = 6 strips
6" = 5 strips
Happy quilting :-)

Nice to have this list for reference...thanks!
Okay, I think I need to print these two informative pieces out and tack them to my bulletin board.
Thank you.
Thanks for the breaks down. It's very useful. I will leave it on your blog and come back to check it out when I needed - Hugs Natima
PS: Are you Sew-In tonight? (Friday night sew-in)
That's a great help. Does this include a little wiggle room for when the fabric is wonky on each end??
So how did you figure all that out?
This is an excellent reference, thank you!
Thank you so much, Jocelyn. Need to add this wonderful information to my book of notes.
What a wonderful wealth of information you are Jocelyn, remind me to e-mail you when I have to calculate yardage :0)
Crispy
