We had dinner with friends last night ... dinner at our favorite Italian restaurant on The Hill in St. Louis followed by dessert and mulled cider at one couple's house. What fun.
Looks lovely! I'm getting together with my best friends this weekend...my sisters. ☺ We're making a family portrait for Christmas and then going to dinner, followed by a trip to see the lights at the state zoo. I'm looking forward to it.
PS...I have a Christmas Quickie giveaway going on today and tomorrow. Five Fat Quarters to add to your stash. Please stop by and enter, sweet bloggy friend. Happy Wednesday! ☺
What a nice evening! I wish I had been there... ! I'm going to an ornament exchange later in the week, but i'm not sure it will have such gorgeous looking food!
Hi there, Just last night I went to my first Christmas ornament exchange, hosted by my bff; there were 20 gals from church, lots of food, games, exchanges, and tons of laughter. Yours looks just as fun-wish I could have come. Hugs, Noreen
Oh, it looks like you ladies had a great time! Not much sewing going on over here either...getting the house all clean and decorated and ready for my annual Christmas luncheon with my girl friends. Should be loads of fun!
What a fun party! Our Stitcher's group will have its Christmas party next Tuesday, and then Thursday is our Guild's Christmas Dessert party! Next week is my partying week!! :)
That looks like a fun party, Jocelyn! We went to one last night at my cousin's church - they put on a concert, and then had TONS of food, and all the husbands served the ladies! So funny watching them try to be so professional. They did a good job!

I am terrible at hosting things like this. Some just have a gift for it. I am not one of them, but I still try to be hospitable in my own way.
