You know I think we all know we have 365 days from December 25th until the next time it rolls around again. But for some reason my projects are always heading for the finish line with a time crunch!! Do you have the same problem?? I've got two quilts that I REALLY need to get finished before the 25th, but the clock keeps ticking, and I've yet to make much of a dent in getting them completed.
I did find this little beauty tucked away.
It's called Christmas Glow by Anka's Treasures. This is what the completed top looks like.
I am determined to get this finished up and on the table before Christmas Sunday.
Okay, let's see how many things we can get up finished in 12 days :-)

I have an Anka's Treasures pattern for table toppers in this style but not this wonderful Holiday pattern. You are so close to finishing I can't wait to see it completed. It will be just beautiful. Hugs...
I have the same problem! I think most of us do. Starting things in Oct still doesn't help me get things done...seems like running through the rat mill or something.
Beautiful pattern! Every year I swear I'm going to start on Christmas projects on Jan 2, but somehow, it never happens. I'll be stitching like crazy today to finish another gift that should be in the mail.
That is a beautiful table topper. I'm sure you'll get it done in time! If I didn't have several half done projects done two weeks before Christmas...it wouldn't be Christmas. That's part of my charm. :)
This table topper is lovely. I can't wait to see it finished....and, of course you have time! It's still 11 days away! Yay! Plenty of time! :o)
Jocelyn, this is so pretty -- I just love it!! You do beautiful work--can't wait to see it finished! :)
loving the table topper you are working on - we all make such good resolutions at the beginning of each year and yet there is always a last minute rush!
That is going to be so pretty on your table! :)

That is SO PRETTY! Looks like you're nearly finished, you can do it, girl!
I have no doubt that you'll meet your goal! It's going to look gorgeous on your table.
Oh, I remember that book, Anka's Treasure; loved those patterns! This is darling. I have no doubt it will... get... DONE! Nothing like a deadline...XO
Hello Jocelyn,
Good luck finishing your beautiful table runner.
Happy days.

OOh even I would finish this piece.. It's charming. I love the colors you've chosen and the fabrics.. so pretty. Merry Christmas, xo marlis
I'm with you on the crunchtime sewing. My excuse for the kid gifts is that I'm just not sure what they'll be interested in by the time Christmas rolls around. This year it's going to be rockets and dinosaur tails. They might all get quilts next year, but we'll see how that works. I'll definitely have to get started early on those!
I finished making presents the day AFTER Christmas. I'm fixing to go finish wrapping them and get them in the mail (look at today's date). I've NEVER been late with Christmas gifts before. I'm so late with everything, that I'm just now trying to play catch up with blog reading. I missed all the giveaways, too! There just wasn't time. I hope you finished your topper. It's cute!
