A Truffling thought

Want a dessert that will keep them coming for more? How about one that adds patriotic look to your table?

My daughter found this Taste of Home recipe and it is certainly a winner.

DD added the blueberries, and it was not only pretty, it was delicious.

Trifle is a great way to use up stale cake or pound cake...a favourite English recipe, especially at Christmas time, but delicious any time of year. Even better with a splash of brandy, or fruit juice before you top the pudding with fresh whipped cream. Makes me hungry! Jill in Calgary/Phoenix
