sigh, such is life............

Do you know how sad it is to drive all the way to another state, and find that the ONLY quilt shop in the area is closed!!

Yep, they are only open on Tuesdays and Thursdays :-(

What a life...........

Happy Quilting!

did you drive there just to do some quilt shopping? What a shame. It certainly looks like the cutest shop and worth a visit back ... on a Tuesday or Thursday. ;-)

You know that sounds like just the kind of thing that would happen to me. So sad. It's a beautiful shop from the outside. I imagine it's even prettier inside.

That stinks. I have had it happen to me, so I just had to seek out some thrift stores and antique shops. Oh Well!

Oh no, that stinks. Rats. Well, juding from the looks of the shop it would be worth another trip. It is so cute. I hopeyou take lots of pictures when you do go back. Sorry that happened to you. I have had that happen once, and now I always call ahead. Not taking any chances. I remember how disappointed I was and don't want to stand peering through the windows wishing I was inside. That's depressing. Let us know when you again!

Yes, I do!!!! We go on a business trip once a month and this whole year the only quilt shop in that area is closed every time I go there. Frustrating. This one is not closed for good. She is just gone every time I go and leaves a note on the door.

Nooooooo - oh that would frustrate me, lol!! Two days a week, how can they stay in business!

I feel for you and the quilt shops that might be having a hard time making it. Fabric prices up and spending down, urgh!!!

That is very sad. I hope you found something else to do instead?
