It's Friday! So you know what that means?? Part 2 of the National Sewing Month Giveaway.
Today I thought I would offer something for the knitters out there. Last year I tried to start knitting, but never got past scarves. The Sugar n Cream yarn makes great washcloths.
And I understand the Rosewood knitting needles are great to work with.
So if you would enjoy working with this yarn and needles, leave a comment on this blog post. What kinds of things do you Crochet or knit?? Please be sure that I have a way to contact you via email. This giveaway will run through the end of the month, along with my other Friday Giveaways. Remember followers can leave a second comment for an additional entry.
Next Friday there will be another giveaway, so come back and check out what's in store :-)
Happy Quilting (and knitting!)

I am a follower! Thanks for a great giveaway!
I like to make dishcloths with fun patterns in them. I also have made hats (knitting) and have recently learned how to make a granny square (crochet).
I don't knit but my daughter is just learning! I'm sure she'd love to have these knitting needles and that great yarn to practice with! Thanks for the chance! :0)
I'm a follower too! :0)
I just recently learned how to knit dishcloths from my sister and I have been using this yarn for them. They are quick and fun to make. Thank you for the opportunity to win some yarn and needles!

What a great give away! I'm such fan of your quilts because I'm a frustrated quilter!! I've always been a follower and thank you for your wonderful visits. Thanks for the give away chance. Hugs, FABBY
I make lots of hats, scarves and washcloths. I have been trying to get the nerve to make a sweater, but haven't gotten there yet.
I like crocheting and I'm learning to knit!
I love making dishcloths for stocking stuffers, and it's that time of year again.
I LOVE this yarn for dish cloths and wash cloths. My Dad was in the hospital recently and it was the perfect small project to work on while I was visiting my parents. Great stress reliever and cheaper than chocolate!
Knitting and crocheting were my first loves. I use to make afghans! My daughter has the bug now. She actually knit a dress! I bought her a homemade yarn bowl for Christmas and the needles and yarn would look great in it! Thanks for a chance.
I make dishcloths & scarves (knit). I am just learning. khendrix@dishmail.net
I love knitting and normally I make baby stuff, sock and hats generally. I'd love to win this lot! thank you!
Lately I have been knitting more than quilting! It's a definite addiction! I've been working on sweaters for the grandkids over the past few weeks. Not sure what my next knitting project will be...I'll like to try a lace shawl.
The main thing I crochet are afghans. I enjoy doing that on road trips. Thanks for the opportunity to win your giveaway.
I love to make baby booties, hats and doilies :D
Thanks for the chance!

What a lovely giveaway! I love that yarn, it's my favorite to work with - especially for dish cloths. I usually crochet, but have decided that this winter, I'm learning to knit. I love the look of knitting, better than crochet. I've tried to knit in the past, but that was before the internet, I know I'll find lots of videos to help me!
SWEET GIVEAWAY!
I DO CROCHET BABY AFGHANS FOR CHARITY, MAYBE I'LL LEARN TO KNIT TOO,WITH THESE SWELL NEEDLES!

What a wonderful giveaway. I've been on the lookout for this yarn for a while. I've never used these needles, but they look great. Right now, I have some lovely colours of wool to crochet a granny-square afghan.

OH...my hubby was just asking me yesterday, when I was going to get more dishcloths knitted. What great timing! I would love to try the Rosewood needles too, gosh they look lovely. Hugs...
I'm a long time follower...thanks for a second entry. Hugs (again, LOL)...
Never used that yarn before but have been wanting to try it! I'm a newish knitter. My last 2 projects have been baby hats. I have one more in the works now, then who knows?
Thanks!
I'm a follower too!
So far I've only knitted squares. Next step is to make them into an afghan for my brother.

I knit all kinds of things for a charity at work. Lately I've stuck mainly to scarves and dishcloths as that's all the time I've had to give to knitting.
I'm also a follower...
I knit and crochet. I used to knit sweaters for my kids, but they are grown and married now. Since I've been bitten by the quilting bug, my knitting and crochet mainly consist of making scarves and dishcloths. Thank you so much for having these giveaways.
I am a follower of your blog. Thanks again.
I have made some scarves and want to try a purse next. The felted kind. I have not made any dishclothes but really need some new ones so that would be great to try too. Thanks for the chance to win in your wonderful giveaway.
I haven't knitted in a while, but when I did, I loved to do some purses or hats. The dishcloths would be great to try since I can't find any that I have liked for a long time.

I am a follower and want to win for my mother and sister. Both told me to enter for them. Mom crochets doilies and afgahns. My sister crochets and knits, especially adorable baby blankets, baby hats, children's vests, and afghans. Thanks for the chance.
I knit baby dolls based on Psalm 139. I sell them online (www.heknittedmebabies.etsy.com). I love crocheting too and do fingerless gloves and misc household items (www.homespunhandmaiden.etsy.com). As you can see I am trying to turn this hobby into a growing business :)

I knit dishcloths, fancy socks and crochet Christmas angels to give away. This is a lovely give away.
This is my second comment - I'm a follower. I just realized that the pink/blue is exactly the kind of yard/thread that my sister uses for her baby blankets! Her husband's niece is having twin boys, so my Sis is busily making two blankets.
I have not done a lot of knitting-did knit some scarves and hats. I am better at crocheting-made some shawls, afghans, hats and wash cloths.
Years ago I made a pullover vest with Sugar and Cream. Lately, I've been knitting footies and socks--thinking about shawls.
The rosewood needles are lovely!
I love to crochet pretty much anything!

I am also a follower!
My twin sister is the knitter - I'm the quilter. But she has promised to teach me, so I'd love to have some of the tools of the trade. I've learned from quilting - I will want to start with something small and simple, like washcloths.
I crochet or knit easy items such as washcloths or scarfs.
I love to knit hats. I also knit scarves, mittens, gloves, etc. I had fun knitting a hoodie for my Grandson a couple years ago.

I mostly do mitts and socks, but I'd like to try some dishcloths.
I just finished a washcloth with some of the blue yarn. Great giveaway!
It would be fun to learn to make dishcloths like my Mom used to make. I miss them (but I miss her more - the Craft Queen).
I am now a follower! Glad I found your site.
Oh my goodness! I use the Peaches and cream for my dishcloths that I make but I just found some patterns for crocheted slippers and it uses this sugar and cream yarn!!! I want to win!!!! lol
I've just recently learned how to use a pattern to crochet, so have been able to move on from scarves! lol I've made several "String Bags" and some fun Amigurumi (sp?) creatures - 2 cat doorstops, a dachshund & some cat toys. :D
Thanks for the chance to win - maybe with these needles I'll be able to learn how to knit too.

Love that yarn for dishcloths. I'm not a great knitter, I crochet mainly dishcloths and hats. I like to take small projects when I travel, they keep my hands busy and my mind is still free to listen and participate. Sometimes I'll be visiting family and someone will need a hat or scarf or even dishcloth and I can sit and whip one out in short order. And bask in the cries of admiration.
I'm a follower. Thanks for the giveaways.
Following is inspiring!
Rosewood needles - what a treat....didn't know they existed.
I love knitting dishcloths! Thanks for the chance to win!

I used Sugar and Cream for baby rattle toys. For Easter I had made a carrot and Bunny. It's great yarn if you are looking for yarn that doesn't "fuzz up" easily. And throwing them in the washer was great!
