It's another Friday Giveaway

It's Friday! So you know what that means?? Part 2 of the National Sewing Month Giveaway.

Today I thought I would offer something for the knitters out there. Last year I tried to start knitting, but never got past scarves. The Sugar n Cream yarn makes great washcloths.

And I understand the Rosewood knitting needles are great to work with.

So if you would enjoy working with this yarn and needles, leave a comment on this blog post. What kinds of things do you Crochet or knit?? Please be sure that I have a way to contact you via email. This giveaway will run through the end of the month, along with my other Friday Giveaways. Remember followers can leave a second comment for an additional entry.

Next Friday there will be another giveaway, so come back and check out what's in store :-)

Happy Quilting (and knitting!)

I LOVE this yarn for dish cloths and wash cloths. My Dad was in the hospital recently and it was the perfect small project to work on while I was visiting my parents. Great stress reliever and cheaper than chocolate!

Knitting and crocheting were my first loves. I use to make afghans! My daughter has the bug now. She actually knit a dress! I bought her a homemade yarn bowl for Christmas and the needles and yarn would look great in it! Thanks for a chance.

What a lovely giveaway! I love that yarn, it's my favorite to work with - especially for dish cloths. I usually crochet, but have decided that this winter, I'm learning to knit. I love the look of knitting, better than crochet. I've tried to knit in the past, but that was before the internet, I know I'll find lots of videos to help me!

Love that yarn for dishcloths. I'm not a great knitter, I crochet mainly dishcloths and hats. I like to take small projects when I travel, they keep my hands busy and my mind is still free to listen and participate. Sometimes I'll be visiting family and someone will need a hat or scarf or even dishcloth and I can sit and whip one out in short order. And bask in the cries of admiration.
