Once Upon a Royal Christmas by Teri Wilson was such an enchanting story. The perfect Hallmark story.
Gracie Clark, Princess Snowflake, is a Party Princess who wants to take her business to the next level. But no bank will loan her the capital that she needs. Claire, her best friend, finds the solution. She enters Gracie in a contest to help a small European country wanting to boost tourism. With a hefty prize money, Gracie wins and sets out for the San Glaceras Christmas Festival.
Prince Nikolas is reported to be a prince with no heart. He cares for his people and his country, so when his sister announces this contest, he protests. Feeling that is more of a gimmick. When Gracie arrives, he meets her but, they each mistake the other. He thinks she is a real princess, and she thinks he is the actor to portray a prince.
Very entertaining. I loved the banter between Nick and Gracie. And the sweet way they fall for each other. Although Gracie tries so hard not to. This is a delightful story, clean and wholesome. Terri Wilson has a beautiful way of engaging the reader into her story. I could envision someone like Fiona Gubelmann or Jessy Schram playing Gracie in this Hallmark movie.
I voluntarily reviewed a complimentary copy of this book which I received via Hallmark Publishing and NetGalley. All views expressed are my honest opinion.
