31 Day Blog Writing Challenge

I've contemplated whether I will take the 31 Day Blog Writing Challenge again this year. I did this last year and it was fun to make it all the way. So if I miss a day or two, you'll have to excuse me this time.

I'm going to try to do a little bit of catch up with this post.

Day 1 was Introduction. If you follow along on my blog already you may know a bit about me. My name is Jocelyn and I live in the Sunshine state of Florida. I've been quilting on and off for about 30 years. I'm a traditional quilter and do all my own machine quilting, simple as it is.

Day 2 is sewing space. When my son married in 2015, I took over his room as my quilt room.

It's been through several configurations, but the sewing machine still is in front of the window.

Day 3 Sewing machine - If you know me, you know that I love my Bernina. Hubby bought it for me as a Christmas gift back in 2003.

I also own a little feather weight that I use for travel.

And my newest baby is my Sweet Sixteen.

Day 4 is Favorite tools - and by far my favorite tool is the Rotary!

So that catches me up. I'll try to be good and post every day. Even it just a little :-)

Happy Quilting!

Thank you for visiting my blog. Somehow I accidentally blocked your comment and now I don't know how to undo it. It has been fun reading the blogs and I just hope I can keep going and don't run out of things to post. I look forward to reading yours.

Writing a post every day is really hard!!! How do you like your Sweet 16?? I find my shoulders can't take a sit-down machine. And you still have to do the sandwiching, which I really don't like!!

Good job! What is a Sweet 16 machine? I'm not a seasoned quilter but I'm trying!

I don't remember hearing of this challenge before. It would be hard to do in December with so much going on. Good luck.
