Okay, so I've been a little busy. The days seem to just slip by, and before I know it a week is gone. What happened to October anyway??
I have not been able to read any of my subscription magazines.
And I would have missed my November issue of Southern Living all together if I had not browsed through the one at my in-laws house. How could I have missed this!
An article about PW with recipes and all!! This, the lady who inspired me to start blogging. And not even a mention on the front cover! (I do scan the covers to see if there is anything I need to look at NOW)
So what has been taking up my time recently?? Aside from taking a wonderful trip to Ohio, and trying to catch up on my son's school records, this is what I have been doing.............
Schnibbling!!!!
AND I don't want to mention how much "unsewing " I've done on this little baby ;-)
Hope you are having a great weekend. The holidays have begun.............

Love the colors in your project!!! Sometimes other things come first, like sewing!!
For some reason, I did a lot of unsewing on my schnibbles this month, too. I guess the baskets are very easy to get mixed up.
Yes...the holidays have begun and it is like "let the games begin!" I too want to know why it seems like October was yesterday? Have I been asleep?
I too love PW...both her cooking and her photography blog(s). She's a character for sure! I miss browsing through magazines since I let all my subscriptions expire. Gonna have to get some new ones going I guess! Thanks for sharing...I'll make sure I get Southern Living.
Oh, and I love what you've done with your blog background. It's very festive!
PW is in a magazine? Cool! Love your Schnibble!
I know the feeling, I just have to stop some of my subscriptions! Very nice blog! Have a wondeful week end!
You are not alone in that unsewing...I found this one ridiculously challenging...I kept checking and double checking and still sewed them wrong half the time! smile ;)
If I tried to do a quilt I am certain I'd do a lot of UNSEWING. yes the holidays are here. I do hope your family enjoys every minute of them.
Let the baking and decorating begin!
Well at least you are getting some sewing done, I'm behind on my plans for that too, besides everything else. I just love your colors on the this quilt!!

Schnibbling is such fun.........when there's more time...LOL The holidays have made me hussle .......... but it's getting better. Now that I have my family's named/dated ornies done, I feel no pressure for anything else.
Having taken a week off to go to San Francisco this time of year was a mistake but I made it worth my while.....LOL....will show pics of purchases soon on my blog.
Happy Sunday, Jocelyn.
Love the quilt your working on. Yes the good old holidays are here. And as usual I'm not ready. Why do we wait until Dec. to start projects for Christmas?? Couldn't we be making these all year long??? Maybe it's not as much fun if we are prepared. lol
I understand the busyness!!! Your quilt is looking great!!!
Those magazines are all looking interesting. I must get my copy of AQM holiday issue too - Hugs Natima
