Here I sit

 

Yes that's me in my sling. I have been parked in my chair for two weeks now. It's been pretty painful, even with pain meds. i am weaning myself off of prescription meds and trying to maintain with OTC. 

But the flowers I was given for my birthday, which was a week ago, have maintained their beauty.





Not exactly the most fun birthday, but I have enjoyed the flowers.

A belated Happy birthday wish for you! Your flowers are gorgeous, and abundant.
A belated "Oops, so sorry about your shoulder" - I was hoping it had miraculously healed but One Day At a Time wishes are coming your way. It's hard to be restricted when one is usually so active.

Beautiful flowers. Easy to see this may not be your FAV birthday of all time, but you will heal and soon be able to garden, cook, sew, basically do what ever you want to do.....just don't do anything around the fish pond! Stay safe.

Have you watched "When Calls The Heart", on the Hallmark Channel. If you haven't I think you'd enjoy the series. Sweet stories.
